CANCELLATION POLICY
At Solara Tanning Co, I strive to provide every client with a personalized, luxury tanning experience. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and timely cancellations allow me to offer that time to other clients. Cancellation Requirements: • In-Studio Appointments: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $25 fee. • Mobile Appointments: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $35 fee. No-Show Policy: • Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the full applicable cancellation fee ($25 in-studio / $35 mobile). Mobile Travel Fee: • Mobile appointments include complimentary travel up to 15 miles. Travel exceeding 15 miles will incur a $1 per mile charge. Payment of Fees: • Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid prior to booking future appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Your understanding ensures that I can continue to provide high-quality, personalized service to all clients.
